Abeking & Rasmussen’s newest megayacht quietly exited her build shed earlier this week. Known for now simply as Abeking & Rasmussen 6492, she measures 78.43 meters (257 feet). She’s the same LOA as Eminence, C2, and Titan. Each of those yachts bears some styling similarities, courtesy of Reymond Langton Design. However, hull colors and some structural elements do vary.
Also like the megayachts just mentioned, Abeking & Rasmussen 6492 bears interior design by Reymond Langton Design. Few details have been revealed by the yard about the megayacht, as per the owner’s wishes, other than that are accommodations for 12 guests and 22 crewmembers.
Delivery is expected later this year.
UPDATE, SEPTEMBER 2: The name of the yacht is Amaryllis. While the yacht was conducting sea trials yesterday, the nameboard on the transom was somewhat visible, despite being covered to conceal it.

She was there for my 60th birthday on the 11th……………and then I woke up to reality! Beautiful yacht.
Lora Graham
She docked in Leith Edinburgh this afternoon at 4pm. What a sight to see…..Gorgeous!

I saw her in Leith yesterday. Stunning. But where do they land the helicopters. It looks like there is a hot tub on the top aft deck, so perhaps all that can be retracted to form a platform? Anyone know who the owner is?

I’ve been admiring her from my work place in gunwalf quays marina, she is owned by a Russian guy, beautifull and name comes from the flower but is also known as naked lady!! Meet some of the crew also very very interesting
adrian
she is still there on the 1st of Dec.I was wondering who owns her?
Brian
What a fantastic yacht probably the best I’ve ever seen – it was still at Gunwalf Quays yesterday – what a lucky person who it belongs too.

Saw her from the service road at the back of Ocean Terminal when I left work this evening… from about 20ft away. She’s stunning. one of the guys at work seems to think the belongs to Berries Ecclestone. Any thoughts on that?

She is currently berthed at the Victoria pier in Douglas, Isle of Man (Sunday 11th December) and is apparently taking on vast quantities of fuel tomorrow.

Looked out my window to the Forth this morning and saw this making its way down the Forth. Ship AIS showed she’d been for a cruise under the Forth Bridges and had turned to to go down river, later returning back to Leith.
Was a great surprise to see such a large and luxurious yacht cruising past my home, especially as i am very interested in boating and am considering Naval Architecture as a career. Not often something like this comes to visit!

We watched her sail into the Harbour in Leith Edinburgh what a beautiful sight it was. Would loved to have seen inside it.

Photos don’t do it justice. Couldn’t take my eyes off it as we sat and had dinner in Frankie & Bennys! Were lucky to have had a seat right at the window overlooking yacht. Lovely in the dark with all the lights on. How the other half live!

She’ll be in Monaco by the time Vettel gets off Pole!!
Pauline
Saw her in St Malo today so is on her way!!!

I just saw her in St Malo yesterday Friday 13 January, berthed along the quay. Her entrance was protected by metallic barriers, so no one could board…
Her flag is that of the Cayman Islands, which does not give away the real nationality of her owner…
While taking a photo, I talked to a French lady who said she had already seen it the day before and she had tried to ask a member of the crew who it belong to and she got a very short and dry answer “English”, and the crew member flew away…

I did the Entertainment, IT & security install. Great boat!
