When Sunreef Yachts created the Sunreef 210 Power Trimaran design upon a potential client’s request, it got to thinking. Surely if one person was interested in a motorized megayacht boasting enormous usable space, wouldn’t others? That potential client happened to be from the Middle East. So, Sunreef Yachts presented the design in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. It also presented the 210 Power Trimaran in Doha, Qatar and and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Sunreef Yachts showcased the megayacht via the video here. The Poland-based builder is confident it can make further inroads into mega-size multihulls.
The 210 Power Trimaran boasts 10,226 square feet (950 square meters) of usable living space. Part of that, of course, is due to the immense 77’10” (23.5-meter) beam. You’ll note that nearly all of the relaxation areas aboard the 210 Power Trimaran are enclosed. That suits the hot environment of the Middle East, and buyers who shy away from too much sun. It doesn’t mean, however, that the outdoors can’t be enjoyed. Floor-to-ceiling glass is used, as you’ll see in the video. Sunreef Yachts’ in-house design team further created what it calls a “king terrace.” This balcony-like alfresco area is aft on the bridge deck. It offers vistas out over the transom and beyond. The 210 Power Trimaran features an elevator to whisk guests from every internal deck to this aerie. In addition, the six guest staterooms, all on the main deck, have balconies. Of course, the owner gets the best accommodations. A private terrace and two offices/studies are part of the master suite.
Fourteen people in the owner’s party also get to enjoy a bridge-deck dining area. The 210 Power Trimaran offers a few options for the saloon’s configuration, all of which can be customized. Eighteen crew are aboard, too, with the entire lower deck devoted to them, the galley, and a utility room. They further have direct access to the toy garage. The primary tender is stowed the foredeck.
The client who requested the 210 Power Trimaran be designed was focused on performance. Sunreef Yachts therefore envisions four 1,635-hp MTU engines for a 20-knot cruise. Top speed should be 30 knots. A 5’4” (1.65-meter) draft will mean many anchorages are accessible.
Here’s what Sunreef Yachts showed to the clients most interested in the 210 Power Trimaran.
