When a yacht builder also offers refit services, it simply makes sense to some owners and captains to take their yacht back there for updates and upgrades. So, with that in mind, Ciao said “Ciao!” to Moonen upon arriving in December.
The 95-footer (29-meter) launched from the Dutch builder in 2007, under the name Nilo. She was the first in Moonen’s 94 Alu series, in fact. The original owner enjoyed extensive cruising onboard, from delivery date straight through 2015, when he sold her. The current owner has some cruising of his own in mind, so he has a list of works for Moonen to tackle.
