Timeless looks and explosive Italian style are just two characteristics of this fast-displacement yacht.
Mangusta GranSport is the Overmarine Group’s line of fast-displacement yachts, coming from the designer Alberto Mancini. It combines style and technical solutions, plus timeless elegance and minimalist design. It also combines sporty features and comfort, as well as outstanding performances and maximum efficiency. This successful blend of different features has inspired the 45-meter model, the Mangusta GranSport 45.
Thanks to the use of cutting-edge technology, the yacht delivers the range to explore uncrowded waters and the speed to outrun squalls. Simultaneously, the yacht ensures maximum onboard comfort. This key feature makes this line truly versatile.
The Mangusta GranSport 45 brings together luxury, space, and efficiency. Many layout options offer each owner the opportunity to decide how they would like to live. An uninterrupted fil rouge connects and harmonizes the exteriors and the interiors. It epitomizes the purest Mediterranean lifestyle that unmistakably characterizes all Mangusta yachts. Design and technology skillfully combine to ensure maximum comfort for the owners and their guests regardless of where in the world they are.
The truly distinctive feature on this yacht is the upper deck. Here, you can entertain and experience life to its fullest. The central living room connects both to the stern, by large sliding glazed doors, and the forward sun bridge. The latter features a lounge overlooking two large sunbathing areas. A hot tub sits in its center, too, capable of holding up to seven people. A truly special feature, though, is the waterfall effect from the hot tub. The water continues towards the bow, then descending to the lower deck. Three large underwater skylights, meanwhile, diffuse sunlight through to the owner’s head below.
Thanks to a nice piece of engineering design by the Overmarine Technical Department, the yacht has an extra-roomy beach club. It’s possible by moving the tender garage. The beach area consists of three interconnected platforms. Specifically, two terraces rotate from the sides, connecting with the central platform. This creates 75 square meters (807 square feet) of useable area in direct contact with the sea.
With her exhilarating speed, transoceanic range (4,200 miles at 12 knots), and a draft of only 2.1 meters (7’2”) for navigating in shallow waters, she is the ideal yacht for exploration. Therefore, she perfectly matches the lifestyle of an owner who enjoys conceiving holidays on the spur of the moment, looks for new, fascinating travelling destinations no matter how far away they may be, and shares all this with his friends and dear ones.
The second Mangusta GranSport 45 delivers to her owner within the next few months. The third unit, project Sorrento, is under construction at the shipyard’s Pisa facilities.
