Discover the Mangusta Oceano 52

The new Mangusta Oceano 52 is a modern yacht where form and function take on a cutting-edge style. Thanks to Overmarine’s Engineering Department and designer Alberto Mancini, the design ensures a constant visual contact with the sea.  The yacht preserves the concept of space and freedom of movement found on all other Mangusta Oceano models.

The project team’s in-depth design research has resulted in modularity allowing owners to enjoy the space they dream of for themselves and their “inner circle.” Experiencing cruising at its best and exploring new destinations are therefore priorities. Every Mangusta Oceano 52 truly can be considered as a one-off yacht relying on world-class technical characteristics. This is in line with Overmarine’s long-standing tradition constructing yachts which successfully combine tradition, innovation, and quality.

Thanks to a study of glazed surfaces and technical solutions making all decks obstacle-free, the onboard lifestyle is comparable to that normally found on a 60-meter yacht. There’s constant visual contact between indoor and outdoor areas everywhere across the yacht, especially on the main deck.

“A deck above the rest”—these words clearly express one of the new features that the Mangusta Oceano 52 introduces. It’s the master stateroom on the upper deck and facing forward, thereby creating a breathtaking private area that enjoys a 180-degree view of the horizon. Floor-to-ceiling windows let daylight flood the cabin as the beauty of the landscape folds the owner into its relaxing embrace. The suite additionally has access to a private outer deck, where the real protagonist is the large “Mangusta Signature” infinity pool. From here, a convenient staircase leads down to the patio lounge on the main deck. It’s an extremely versatile area that can convert easily from a workout area to a lounge area.

Since the master stateroom normally would be on the main deck, two guest/VIP cabins are here instead. This means that these cabins benefit from a privileged position. The unmatched brightness and wonderful views make time spent indoors even more pleasant. The lower deck hosts four more guest cabins.

The entire project and all design solutions revolve around the owner. See-through materials, glazed surfaces, and open spaces combine to create the perfect layout, allowing guests to always experience the pleasure of onboard life.

The first unit of the Mangusta Oceano 52 is currently under construction at Overmarine Group’s shipyard in Pisa. This steel and aluminium displacement yacht under 500GT can boast truly extraordinary modularity.
