Since it has sold several of its Atlantique megayachts so far, Columbus Yachts has another one already in build. This spec Columbus Atlantique 37 yacht should appeal to cruisers who want a more modest size yet plenty of amenities.
In fact, the newest and smallest model in the Atlantique series emphasizes compact luxury. LOA is just 121 feet (37 meters), with suitable volume of 299 gross tons. Yet, she has a pool perched at the transom, within an open-air beach club. It’s 1½ feet (50 centimeters) above the ocean, too, making owners and guests feel more immersed in the sea-going lifestyle.

The open, curvy shape of the transom comes from Hot Lab, whose designers say they took inspiration from classic sailing yachts. However, leaving no doubt everyone is aboard a motoryacht, the sides of the transom fold down like wings. They therefore expand usable space when the yacht is at anchor, letting guests jump into the ocean or board watertoys. Speaking of which, the Columbus Atlantique 37 yacht has a starboard-side toy garage. It accommodates a tender up to 16’5” (5.03 meters). It further houses the rescue boat. This is different from hull number one, also in build, whose owners plan to have two tenders besides of course the rescue boat. A 14½-foot (4.45-meter) tender will be in the garage, while a 10½-foot (3.25-meter) tender and the rescue boat will stow under a bow hatch.
Among the other amenities that interested buyers will like, the spec-built Columbus Atlantique 37 yacht has accommodations for 10. Naturally, the master suite in the recommended layout—from Hot Lab, too—sits forward on the main deck. The full owners’ party can enjoy lunches on the main deck in the great outdoors or in a somewhat indoor-outdoor setting on the upper deck. Here, large, round windows will be able to open, sliding down and sliding horizontally.

This particular hull will be available for delivery in 2027 and should be capable of a 19-knot cruising speed. Construction is underway at the Palumbo Superyachts Savona shipyard in Savona, Italy.
