Italian style meets Key West comfort aboard this 63-meter (207-foot) motoryacht. She’s the largest megayacht in ISA’s short history, for a repeat customer.
ISA’s in-house naval architecture team worked with stylist Andrea Vallicelli to create the sleek, sweeping lines. Those lines, along with the “Moon Stone” hull paint and “Stark White” superstructure paint, underscore just how much larger she is compared to the yacht that the owners are stepping up from: an ISA 470, measuring 47.5 meters (156 feet). While the owners purchased the latter on the brokerage market, this is their first new-build contract with ISA, signed in September 2007.
As for the interior, Patrick Knowles incorporated a number of natural materials such as bamboo. The idea was to create a casual atmosphere yet still upscale enough to suit such a project.
The yard has not released the superyacht’s name, but it is reported by a few yacht media outlets to be Kolaha. The yacht is also noteworthy for being the first of three megayachts measuring more than 50 meters (164 feet) that ISA expects to deliver this year. Once delivery does take place for Kolaha, which ISA says will be ahead of schedule, the owners will cruise the Med for the summer season.
