Seeing delivery before the end of 2023, the 237-foot (72-meter) yacht Njoy is still in the Med for her maiden season on the water.
Although she remains largely confidential to this day, her builder, CRN, has been able to release a handful of photos. It further has been able to reveal a few facts about the development and design. The shipyard itself handled naval architecture, for instance, complementing exterior lines by the Vallicelli design studio. Those lines reflect the elegance that the owners wanted in their design brief. Notably, the elegance remained unchanged even after the owners decided they wanted a bigger boat. Initially, they wanted an LOA of 230 feet (70 meters), according to the shipyard’s announcement in 2018.
The christening for CRN M/Y 139, the hull number by which the shipyard still refers to her, took place last year in March. It was the first occasion to truly see the dimensions, since a simple sketch was all that the build and design teams could show publicly prior to launch.

Despite her long length and her six decks, the yacht Njoy has accommodations for a party of 12. The owners wanted commodious relaxation and entertainment areas, including the cabins, throughout the decks. To put it into perspective, the superyacht’s volume is 2,003 gross tons. Full-height windows lend the sensation of having even more space in many of the rooms, too. For the general arrangement and aesthetic appeal inside, the owners chose Nuvolari-Lenard. Although images and descriptions of the materials are not available, the studio also worked closely with the shipyard team for the arrangement.
A crew of 19, including the captain, have been handling operations for the yacht Njoy since delivery. Her top speed is 16 knots, while her cruising speed is 14 knots. Transatlantic range at speeds closer to 10 knots is possible, too, of course.
While the owners continue enjoying their first weeks and months onboard, CRN continues a few more custom builds. The largest of them is the CRN M/Y 144, a 279-footer (85-meter). The “smallest,” meanwhile, is the 220-foot (67-meter) CRN M/Y 143.
