Editor’s note: The original video is no longer available. We therefore replaced it with one of the Mangusta 165E, Moonraker, an evolution of the design. Read on.
The Mangusta 165 is the largest all-fiberglass open in the world. And open she is: The megayacht’s main deck feels extra-elbowroom-friendly due to a decided lack of bulkheads. High headroom and a 30’2” (9.2-meter) beam help as well. Of course, buyers are further attracted to the performance of the Mangusta 165: a 40-knot top end. A six-foot draft means you can head over to the Bahamas for lunch and island-hop in its skinny waters the rest of the day.
It’s no wonder, then, why eight Mangusta 165 megayachts have been sold since the series was introduced two years ago. Each is also customized inside according to the owners’ wishes. Here’s a better look at the yacht, available with either four or five staterooms.
