Though construction photos haven’t been released yet, Proteksan-Turquoise is a few months from completing Yogi, the 60.2-meter (197-footer) illustrated here.
Originally referred to as her build number, NB49, Yogi has some promising highlights. The abundance of windows along her profile certain grab your attention, so that should translate into a bright interior. The brightest of all will be the bridge-deck dining area. Fully aft, it’s rimmed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that can slide open. This deck and the rest of the yacht emphasize lighter tones, from the fabrics to the woods and stonework, so that should help in regards to lightness and brightness, too. The renderings of the interior further showcase Asian design elements and clean-lined, contemporary furnishings.

In an unusual move for a megayacht, the VIP stateroom is on the main deck, just to starboard of the owner’s suite hallway. The other four guest staterooms are all on the lower deck, a combination of three queens and a twin. That should come in handy for when Yogi begins chartering next summer, as part of the Burgess central charter fleet. (Yogi’s lowest weekly rate will be €357,000, or about $475,722 at press time; any reputable charter broker will also be able to book her for you.)
Out on deck the owner and guests are sure to put the glass-bottomed pool to good use. It occupies the full beam fully aft on the main deck and much of the available open space (some additional deck area is shaded by the overhang of the bridge deck). It’s also directly above the beach club, which includes a bar and seating. Rounding out the enjoyable amenities are a teppanyaki bar and spa pool on the sundeck and a massage room.
The steel-hulled Yogi will be powered by 1,750-hp Caterpillar engines.
