The head-turning Palmer Johnson 210 SportYacht, the largest of the series designed by Nuvolari-Lenard, is two summers away from completion. You can be the one to cruise away onboard, as she’s for sale, and with time for you to request a variety of customizations.
Listed via the joint central agency of Y.CO and Burgess for €48 million (nearly $53.1 million at press time), the new 210 SportYacht is all aluminum. She’s additionally the largest SportYacht from Wisconsin-based Palmer Johnson; the series started with a 120 more than a decade ago. You may recall that there’s already one 210 SportYacht on the water. Lady M launched in 2013, generating a good deal of interest in global media and during her premiere at the Monaco Yacht Show.
The newest 210 SportYacht shares styling with Lady M. The sleek appearance belies her three-deck structure. Her profile further hints at her anticipated performance. Palmer Johnson expects the 210 SportYacht to see a top speed around 28 knots and a cruise of 24 knots with MTU power.
The six staterooms aboard, for you and 11 guests, are part of nearly 6,997 square feet (650 square meters) devoted to relaxation areas inside. Naturally, the master suite of the 210 SportYacht is the biggest, occupying the 31-foot (9.5-meter) beam on the main deck. The four circular ports you see forward in the profile illustration denote the sleeping area. (A private hallway, to starboard of the pantry/galley, leads to the suite.) While neither Y.CO nor Burgess mention whether one is included, a fold-down balcony is available for the 210 SportYacht series. So, too, are fold-down balconies available off the dining area. Your guests are accommodated in five staterooms below decks. The VIP stateroom among them can be full beam, too.
While a sky lounge is also part of the general arrangement, it’s quite likely you and your guests will spend most of your time outside. A pool sits atop the transom, in close proximity to a bar, making the main aft deck “the” hang-out spot. This is just part of the overall 3,703 square feet of alfresco areas offered by the 210 SportYacht. Another part sure to attract interest: the cozy sundeck. It’s likened to a crow’s next by Burgess due to its size and perch-like position.
When it comes to toys, Palmer Johnson and Nuvolari-Lenard give you a few options. The traditional tender garage can be complemented by under-deck stowage on the foredeck. The foredeck can further serve touch-and-go helicopter operations.
