Two years after it added its first semi-custom series to expand sales, Admiral Yachts seems to have hit the right marks. The Admiral Panorama 50 yacht series has landed four contracts so far, with hull number five actively for sale.
The full-displacement series, in steel and aluminum, offers interested customers a few key benefits. For instance, volume is 499 gross tons, therefore ensuring simpler operational requirements for the 164-footer (50-meter). Naturally, long-distance cruising and transatlantic passages are possible, with a range of 4,000 nautical miles coming at the most-efficient speed. Additionally, The Italian Sea Group (Admiral Yachts’ parent company) and the designers at Piredda & Partners have penned a comfortable 29-foot (8.9-meter) beam, within which extensive customization is possible. In fact, the arrangement possibilities rival those of larger megayachts.
Considering the number of staterooms, for example. Traditionally, 164-footers have six staterooms for a party of 12. The Admiral Panorama 50 yacht, however, can include a seventh stateroom. Equally notable, the staterooms spread over three decks. The upper deck is truly an owner’s deck, with the master suite occupying a healthy footprint. Although you can alter it, the build and design teams already have a layout affording 430 square feet (40 square meters). Whatever your choice, waking up to views out a wall of windows (below) is the way to go. As for your family and friends, several can stay in four cabins on the main deck. The remaining guests have two VIPs to enjoy below decks.

Additionally, the Admiral Panorama 50 yacht provides a highly unusual yet intriguing view for your guests below decks. But, it’s not through the windows in their staterooms. Rather, it’s a glass-lined corridor passing through the engine room and machinery room. Budding young engineers and captains surely will be entranced by the size of the powerplants and other systems. The kids and adults alike might get lucky, too, if a crewmember is at work.
The ”work” of having the most fun onboard takes place back outside, particularly in the beach area. Folding balconies and a transformer swim platform offer extra space for sunning, good conversations, and watching the kids play on the watertoys.
Just as was the case when The Italian Sea Group revealed the Panorama concept, construction will begin upon contract signing. Delivery should be possible within about two years from that point.
