One of the most highly anticipated deliveries of 2026, the yacht Alnanha is nearly ready for her maiden voyage departure.
Although she still has her nameboards covered, the name is confirmed thanks to registration data with AIS and the IMO. The parties contributing to her design and build, including Lürssen, still cannot publicly reveal anything about her, however. It’s among the reasons why the code name Project Deep Blue has circulated over the past few years.
Specifically, four years of construction preceded the launch of the yacht Alnanha in June 2025. The gleaming blue topsides put the project name into full perspective, too.
Featuring design by the shipyard, too, the megayacht should have a massive volume, close to 9,000 gross tons. Sources differ as to her length and beam, though. Some indicate she’s 445 feet (137 meters) long and beam may be as much as 72 feet (22 meters). Many believe her LOA is closer to 44o feet (134 meters). Some sources further indicated that her delivery was to take place before the end of 2025. However, she was still conducting sea trials in November, following the first set beginning in August.
Regardless of the publicity embargo, some features came to light once the yacht Alnanha slipped outside. Firstly, she has a foredeck helipad, in traditional fashion for such a large yacht. Secondly, full-height glass characterizes an enclosed area on the topmost deck. That same deck—which appears to be the first of six—has observation and lounging areas forward and aft. Finally, a handful of pools are aboard, with a prominent one close to the waterline aft.
Enjoy this sunrise view, shot on December 30. She’s moving closer to becoming one of the 30 largest superyachts in the world.
