Is diving in Central America or heli-skiing in British Columbia on your bucket list? Cloudbreak can make it happen. The newly delivered 238-footer (72.5-meter) is chartering in off-the-beaten-path areas, besides traditional ones. And, we’re able to provide you with a hint at what her level of luxury is like.
The expedition-oriented Cloudbreak wasn’t just designed to look like a rugged traveler. She was built for global cruising, and global playing—and to do so in comfort, of course. Her interior design, by Christian Liaigre, is serene. You can wake up to magnificent vistas out the wall of glass in the owner’s suite (above). Your friends and family—a total of 12 guests can stay aboard Cloudbreak—get lovely accommodations, too. Note the signature-like triple ports in the guest stateroom (below).
Of course, what makes a charter yacht special is how suited she is to particular locations. Cloudbreak plans to visit the Caribbean, Central America, and British Columbia later this year. The 22-person-strong crew can suggest terrific dive spots in each of these regions. So, too, can they recommend where to catch a wave. Cloudbreak has abundant kitesurfing equipment, windsurfers, dive gear, and more for these activities. Plus, a ski boat is in the mix. Heli-skiing on untouched slopes can additionally be arranged.
Playing hard all day on the toys can lead to sore muscles. No problem; Cloudbreak’s crew are trained in acupuncture, massage therapy, even personal training. (The onboard gym includes stationary bikes, kettle bells, medicine balls, a Kenesis system, and punching bags.)
Once you’re fully relaxed, consider retiring to the “winter garden” (above). Glass panels can enclose the deck area in chilly climates.
The weekly rate for Cloudbreak begins at €750,000 (about $840,400 at press time). Her central agent is SuperYachtsMonaco.
