In the spirit of offering customers larger craft for world travel, Sunreef Yachts is expanding its Explorer Yachts series. The 50M Sunreef Explorer is the most recent model. The yard says she can take you from the southern tip of South America to Newfoundland and everywhere in between.
A few years ago Sunreef introduced the series, with a somewhat smaller Sunreef Explorer. “Explorer” is all about venturing far and wide, including off the beaten path, although not hard-core polar explorations. Regardless, the Polish yard’s naval architects created the 50M Sunreef Explorer so that clients can remain self-sufficient for weeks that may turn into months. Some of that, of course, comes from extensive stowage for provisioning. It comes from redundant systems, too, plus equipment like a more efficient waste-management system.
Full specs for the 50M Sunreef Explorer are available upon inquiry. For now, however, Sunreef Yachts is focusing on the fun factors to attract clients to the concept. For example, in keeping with the wide stance of catamarans, the superyacht beam spans an impressive 46’9″ (14.3 meters). Since she’s a custom project, buyers can arrange spaces as they so wish. To stimulate imaginations, the shipyard suggests including a spa, a glass-walled pool, and an alfresco cinema with a bar. Understandably, customers will want the master suite to make the most of the beam, perhaps on the main deck. This way, similar to other catamarans, they can also request a private alfresco terrace just forward.
Overall, a total of 12 passengers can have staterooms aboard the 50M Sunreef Explorer. Guests can play all day while at anchorage, thanks to a plethora of watertoy stowage. The shipyard’s in-house designers have penned toy garages, with dedicated launching cranes, too. They’ll accommodate traditional tenders, sailing dinghies, e-foils, dive and/or fishing gear, and even e-bikes. Ultimately, the idea is to encourage expanding literal and figurative horizons.

Would it be possible for you to release the specifications on the generators the water systems the engines propulsion and so on? I would also like to see a layout of the below deck bedrooms, galley, crew and Captain’s quarters. What size tender will fit the garage? And can you get this in eco power? You could possibly also include a rough estimate of cost. And I realize it would be rough because you don’t have my design. Just include the price of the first one you built. Thank you so much.

Looks like an exciting Yacht. what I am wondering is if there is a sailing option for this explorer as well as an eco version?
