A 35-foot (10.7-meter) rough-and-tumble tender isn’t your ordinary watertoy. Then again, neither is one that has sold 25 units before hull number one premieres. The Technohull GTX builds upon the brand’s daring to design dayboats and tenders that take on sloppy conditions, yet provide comfortable cruising.
The Technolhull GTX draws upon the looks and engineering of another model, the GT7. This means she carries a small to medium passenger count, specifically 10 people. Yet, she still has striking, sporty lines, a sharp bow, and enough interior space for spreading out for a day of cruising. The helm seating arrangement is open to your choice, either back-to-back double settees or two rows of seats. You also can choose between an open design or a center console. With the latter, a carbon fiber hardtop is standard, too. Regardless, the elbowroom-friendly beam is 10’3” (3.15 meters). Additionally, the hull design remains true to Technohull’s desire to allow strong performance even when weather conditions aren’t ideal. The boat has a deep-V, twin-stepped hull, a wavepiercer bow, and variable deadrise.

Further for the comfort of you and your guests, the Technohull GTX comes with more lounging spots fully forward and aft. Since “just” a tender won’t do, you get teak underfoot all around—although you can request other surface materials if you wish. Moreover, Technohull allows you a choice of a variety of upholstery for the seating. Courtesy lighting, an entertainment system, and other accessories are all available as well.
Technohull has not specified the speeds for this new dayboat/tender. However, the GT7 might provide a hint. It reportedly hits speeds around 55 knots. Regardless, you have several engine options, all outboard configurations. Select twin Mercury 250-, 300-, or 450-hp engines, or twin Yamaha 250- or 300-hp engines. An emphasis on speed has been Technohull’s focus since opening in 2005. The shipyard saw an opportunity to target megayacht owners who wanted fast tenders. Simultaneously, it saw an opportunity to provide buyers with super-fast day cruisers.
