Waking up to a wonderful view takes on new meaning with the Majesty 112 Terrace yacht. She’s a new trideck from Majesty Yachts, having just premiered at the Dubai International Boat Show.
Although there’s no word yet on when the model will arrive stateside, she’s the bigger sister to the Majesty 100 Terrace. Notably, that project just made its world premiere at the show, too. Like the 100, the Majesty 112 Terrace has a few folding balconies and a stronger emphasis on alfresco areas. In fact, “Terrace” denotes the private foredeck area solely for the owners, as the early illustrations for the 100 (below) reveal. It’s accessible directly from the master suite, too, which has a wall of glass (including glass doors) separating the two. A cozy lounge tucked into the peak is certainly where owners will want to spend a lot of time enjoying the scenery. The area is quite private, yet still allows 270-degree vistas.

Although full photos aren’t yet available, the Majesty 112 Terrace yacht bears the design work of Phathom Studio inside. Since the megayacht is semi-custom, buyers can choose up to six staterooms, plus arrange lounges as they wish. Additionally, a wide range of materials for wall paneling, soles, and furnishings is available. Similar to many yacht buyers these days, Majesty Yachts’ clients are leaning towards natural materials and soothing tones and textures. They’re further leaning toward open floor plans for the main deck. Of course, sliding glass doors between the saloon and aft deck can stay open for the ever-popular indoor-outdoor living preference as well.
With a volume of 250 gross tons, the yacht bears RINA classification.
