The latest megayacht from the Majesty Yachts division of Gulf Craft is welcoming eager customers the first days of March. The Majesty 111 yacht is making her debut one year after the builder announced her, in fact, at the same venue, the Dubai International Boat Show.
With six staterooms, the Majesty 111 series joins several sisterships. These include the Majesty 100, Majesty 120, Majesty 140 (the first Majesty Yachts series to arrive stateside), and Majesty 175. She borrows some design cues from them, to preserve a family feel. But, Mohamed Hussein Alshaali, Gulf Craft’s chairman, says she further embodies “our vision of the future that prioritizes nature-inspired aesthetics built around sustainability.”
For example, Majesty 111 yacht owners can opt for a heat-recovery system. This recaptures the so-called waste heat from the gensets and other units for reuse, powering air conditioning and hot water. Additionally, Gulf Craft’s naval architects incorporated other more energy-efficient systems, plus designed her hull for more mindful fuel consumption.
For styling and interior design, meanwhile, Gulf Craft worked with Phathom Studio in The Netherlands. The Majesty 111 yacht project marks the first time they’ve collaborated. Phathom Studio provided sportier, even a bit bolder exterior styling compared to the Majesty 120 and 140, which most closely resemble her. It also used much more glass than expected. Gulf Craft says it’s 40 percent more than megayachts slightly smaller than her. Inside, meanwhile, the generous passenger head count of 12 has a surprise among the five lower-deck staterooms. The VIP, forward, measures 161 square feet (15 square meters).
Since the series is semi-custom, owners can arrange furnishings and the décor as they see fit. However, highlights include 270 degrees of views from the skylounge and a foredeck plunge pool. Naturally, toys like tenders and PWCs can stow below decks and await launch on the swim platform.
Overall, Majesty Yachts and Phathom Studio strove for global appeal, so expect the Majesty 111 to pique U.S. interest in the future.
In related news, Majesty Yachts plans to announce yet another new superyacht project during the Dubai show.
