When you see the 90’2” (27.5-meter) Atalante, you can’t help but be struck by her classic profile. It’s fitting, since she’s part of the Truly Classic series from Claasen Shipyards. Specifically, Atalante is a Truly Classic 90. She has a beam of 19’7” (6 meters) and draft of 11’1” (3.4 meters), the latter due to a fixed keel. Delivered in 2009, and born from the drawing boards of Hoek Design, this sailing superyacht continues to cruise under her original name. She has a decided emphasis on fun and relaxation, equipped with fishing gear, towables, and even hammocks. Charter guests and the owners’ own guests have been putting her to good use on both sides of the Atlantic. Atalante also has a spirited side, participating in regattas. In fact, she was a terrific competitor at the most recent Superyacht Cup Palma race, giving fellow Hoek Design sisters a run for their money.
This video takes you from the decks of Atalante, with a sail area of 4,833 square feet (449 square meters), to her lovely staterooms for six. As you’ll see, the time-honored styling and all-mahogany interior that characterize Atalante exude tradition.

It’s a small point- but this is not a “video”. It’s slide show with some disco music. The vessel is superb. The media is dismal.
