An all-aluminum, swift superyacht is yours to personalize at Sunrise Yachts. The Sunrise 150 Open is the first express-style megayacht from the Turkey-based builder.
With a predicted 28-knot top speed, the Sunrise 150 Open fits the mold of fast semi-displacement designs. So, too, does her styling, from Focus Yacht Design. Her 153’2” (46.7-meter) LOA and 29’9” (9.1-meter) beam, though, combine to make her more a spacious prized possession than a speed-at-all-cost project. Something else express yachts often suffer from is a lack of long range, once again because speed is so prioritized. The Sunrise 150 Open should be an exception, however. The shipyard anticipates a 3,000-nautical-mile range. Clearly, that will come at a pace less than the expected cruising speed of 21 knots, powered by 3,460-hp MTUs. However, the combination of performance and distance still makes her stand out.
Inside, the Sunrise 150 Open is also being designed by Focus Yacht Design. There’s time for you to tailor it to your tastes. You can borrow some ideas from the studio’s original concepts. One such idea that we particularly like: swapping two adjacent guest staterooms below decks for a full-beam VIP. Keep your stateroom forward on the main deck, though. And, for everyone’s enjoyment, massive sections of the superstructure aft can fold down to create extra-large balconies. The dimensions are such that we’ve never seen before on a megayacht.
Further features you’re sure to appreciate on the Sunrise 150 Open include a beach club, indoor and alfresco bars, and a sliding hardtop over the sundeck.
The Sunrise 150 Open is being built to Bureau Veritas and MCA requirements.
