The ISA GT 45 hull number one showed off her sporty styling out in the open recently at ISA Yachts. She made her way from her construction shed to her final outfitting shed, on pace for launch this coming spring.
Her series name calls to mind the renowned Italian coupe cars from the 1950s, as well as the first GT series from the shipyard six years ago. ISA Yachts had a handful of GT series deliveries, in fact. The new series has some similar styling influences, such as the striking arches and air intakes resembling automotive ones. But, the looks come from a different studio, Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design. Therefore, some modifications appear, too, like much bigger ports along the main deck. Interestingly, some of the windows open as well.
The interior of this 147’6” (45-meter) megayacht comes from Luca Dini Design. With the owner, the design team has selected light oak, bleached teak, and light-reflective materials like carbon fiber, steel, and glass. Specifically, Luca Dini Design uses carbon fiber for a variety of custom furnishings. Dark-metal details appear, too, for balance and accents. Furthermore, while the megayacht has curtains, they’re inobtrusive. Similarly, the owner and the design team selected shades primarily for practical purposes, but also to heighten to design with the eye-catching shadows they create. Speaking of eye-catching, they also mix different woods, each with different treatments, underfoot to mimic the look of soft carpeting. They repeat the pattern on doors as well.
Overall, the ISA GT 45 hull number one shows off a comfortable vibe whether in the main-deck master suite or the four guest staterooms below. Enhancing the owner’s comfort, the master suite has a balcony, as well as private access to the foredeck sunning area. The entire party of 10 can enjoy a beach club/gym, with glass doors, plus a big pool on the main deck.
Look for the ISA GT 45 hull number one to appear at the Monaco Yacht Show next year. In the meantime, hull number two is in build, though at an earlier stage of construction.
