Numarine 37XP Yacht Maya Marks 11th Delivery in Superyacht Series

The Numarine XP explorer-style superyacht series continues to attract customers from around the world. The yacht Maya is the 11^th yacht from just the Numarine 37XP range, in fact, to see delivery so far.

For perspective, the first hull from this 122-foot (37.16-meter) series launched in 2021. On a related note, the 37XP became the fifth long-range model from Numarine, Currently, the series is the largest of all the models, though the shipyard does have the 40MXP in build for a 2025 premiere. Like the smaller and larger models, styling is from Can Yalman, who additionally handles interior arrangement. Naval architecture for the steel and fiberglass series is by Umberto Tagliavini, further like the rest of the models. (Hulls are steel, while superstructures are fiberglass.)

Interior décor naturally is for owners to create with the design studio of their choice. In the case of the yacht Maya, the owners selected Rezzan Benardete. The Istanbul-based Benardete recently added yacht design to her portfolio, having focused on homes, hotels, and restaurants primarily.

Although neither details nor images are available, the interior of Maya reflect how clients can arrange rooms as they wish. For instance, a stateroom sits aft on the upper deck. The bed faces out over the edge of the yacht, too. Though apparently this isn’t the master suite aboard Maya, some previous Numarine customers use it that way. Regardless, it has a glass door for easy access to the exterior areas. When Maya is cruising, the alfresco deck area will hold the tender, but when at anchor, it will be a people-centered space.

Also people-centered, the flying bridge encompasses 893 square feet (83 square meters) of leisure space. It stretches 33 feet (10 meters) long, too. Down at the waterline, of course, the yacht has a beach club as well.

Because the Numarine 37XP series is for long-range cruising, the owners of the yacht Maya can anticipate an impressive range of 6,000 nautical miles at 8 knots. Range is just as notable at a slightly higher speed of 10 knots, 5,000 nautical miles. This is much more than most 122-footers.

Around the same time as Numarine delivered Maya, it delivered hulls 24 and 25 of the 26XP series (above). Featuring more chiseled looks and four staterooms, the series boasts long range as well. Customers can expect a 3,000-nautical-mile range at 8 knots.

Three more Numarine 37XP deliveries should take place before the end of the year.
