UPDATE, NOVEMBER 19, 2025: Outfitting is underway for the first Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101 yacht. And, for the first time, details are available about the interior. Highlights include quintessential Lamborghini design elements like hexagons and Y shapes, which appear in all of the stateroom. An owner’s suite, a VIP stateroom, and two twin staterooms, one with a pullman berth, accommodate up to nine people. Three crew cabins are aboard as well.

With the keel laying having already taken place, the first Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101 yacht will be in an American owner’s hands in late 2027. This first superyacht from the builder and automobile brand promises a 45-knot top speed and a blend of both companies’ design philosophies.
The yacht builds upon an agreement signed five years ago. The Italian Sea Group, which is Tecnomar’s parent company, and Automobili Lamborghini, the renowned supercar company, partnered to develop a yacht embracing performance, driving pleasure, and of course Italian style. The resulting first project was the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, a 63-foot (20-meter) series premiering in 2021. A few more deliveries in that series have followed, too. Carbon fiber construction keeps weight down, while lines reminiscent of Lamborghini sportscars turn heads. In fact, the styling derives from the Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37, a hybrid car offering customizable colors and features. Top speed exceeds 60 knots.

While the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101 yacht also uses carbon fiber, her hull is aluminum. The styling is different from her smaller sister, without straying from the supercar DNA. “I like to say we give adrenaline a shape,” says Mitja Borkert, design director of Automobili Lamborghini. He especially calls attention to the hexagon shapes in her profile and the views both bow on and astern, saying each is unmistakably Lamborghini style.
Borkert is quick to point out, however, that the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101 yacht isn’t an attempt to design a vessel that looks like a car. Instead, “it’s the translation of the DNA into yachting.” Surface drives give the megayacht her get-up-and-go, for instance. Additionally, she has the traditional comforts expected of a luxury yacht, with four staterooms and a saloon. Further in keeping with a performance-oriented large yacht, triple helm seats line the forward windshield. Each seat naturally has the Lamborghini logo as well, a nod not just to the partnership. It honors the Temerario, Lamborghini’s “fuoriclasse” hybrid V8 HPEV, since inspiration came directly from it.

Furthermore, as you’d expect of a 101-footer (31-meter), buyers have wide choice for outfitting. It starts with the exterior paint job. Lamborghini owners can request their yacht to color match their car, for example. Or, buyers can select from literally hundreds of hues, to make a more individual statement out on the water. Whatever the choice, given her cruising speed of 35 knots, onlookers better turn their heads quickly to get a good look.
