Most people are focused on end-of-year celebrations right now. Heesen Yachts, however, has its eyes on both December as well as the early part of 2020. Not only does it anticipate launching Project Triton in less than a month, but it also expects to hand her over to a customer by February.
With accommodations for 12, Project Triton started as a spec build, a customary approach at Heesen. She is part of the Heesen 50 Meter Steel Class series. This means LOA is 164 feet (50 meters), and gross tonnage is less than 500. remains available for sale, and therefore for personalization inside. Styling, by Clifford Denn Design, is already completed, of course. As Mark Cavendish, director of sales for the shipyard, explains in the video below, strong inspiration came from the automotive world, and particularly from classic cars.
Because some of the interior needed to advance to a completed stage, Heesen worked with Reymond Langton Design to create a widely appealing atmosphere. Colors are soft, lending a relaxing feel onboard. Project Triton bears a 29-foot (9-meter) beam, so the subdued tones help enhance the already-ample relaxation and entertainment areas.
Enjoy the virtual tour aboard. Especially take note of the ample forward deck area for stowing toys, besides the interior arrangement.
