Since the Dubai International Boat Show is essentially in its backyard, Gulf Craft premiered the Majesty 111 yacht there in March. The latest model in the Majesty Yachts Superyacht Collection has sporty styling all her own, yet also luxuries to please private cruisers as well as charter guests.
Specifically to lend the trideck megayacht her own aesthetic, Gulf Craft partnered with the Dutch design firm Phathom Studio. The designers chose strong exterior lines that differentiate themselves from those of Majesty sisterships, while still respecting the lineage. Additionally, they prioritized voluminous spaces even with her coming in beneath the 300-gross-ton level.
Mostly, though, Phathom Studio saw an opportunity for the Majesty 111 yacht to hold broader appeal than just as a private family yacht. It imbued a midcentury-modern vibe to the interior décor and arranged spaces for charter success. Among the things both parties will appreciate is the skylight in the master suite. It’s actually the glass bottom of the plunge pool on the foredeck—which is the upper-deck level. Guests will further enjoy each other’s company in the sky lounge. At 603 square feet (56 square meters), it’s capacious enough for the full 12-passenger head count, yet remains intimate. The asymmetric layout helps in this regard. Between 270-degree views and a slide-open roof, it’s airy, too.
Whether you see owners or charter guests aboard a yacht, they tend to spend a lot of time outside. The Majesty 111 yacht delivers several terrific areas for group leisure or to spread out. Naturally, alfresco dining is possible, just aft of the skylounge. It benefits from shade due to the hardtop. Down on the main deck, meanwhile, a large C-shape settee faces aft, summoning guests to come sit and enjoy the view. Phathom Studio and Gulf Craft make the views even better by incorporating glass bulkheads fully aft.
With room for a PWC and a tender upwards of 13 feet (4 meters), the Majesty 111 yacht may make her mark in a well-populated semi-custom field.
