A fully custom 141-footer (43-meter) under construction in Turkey will take her owners on some exciting travels starting in 2026. They plan to spend about two months at a time on a variety of long-range cruises. Although their superyacht’s name is confidential for now, the Alia Yachts ALY432 yacht project (her hull number) has some remarkable features.
Firstly, the owners plan to travel as a family. A total of 10 people therefore will have staterooms. As you might expect, four guest cabins will occupy the lower deck. The master suite, though, isn’t going to be in the traditional location, that being forward on the main deck. Instead, it will sit aft of the wheelhouse. In fact, it will occupy most of the real estate there. A big portion of the suite is devoted to a study and to a walk-in wardrobe.

Yet another noteworthy feature, the tender garage aboard the Alia Yachts ALY432 yacht project isn’t below decks. Instead, it’s on the main deck, and will house a 26-foot-long (8-meter-long) beach-landing craft. Fold-down bulwarks will allow it to deploy, and the bulwarks themselves will become balconies for the garage-turned-chill-out-lounge. While it may seem like a strange area for a tender garage, there’s actually logic behind it. Since it’s amidships, it’s the steadiest area onboard when at anchor. If you have ever been on a yacht at anchor in the Mediterranean or Caribbean, you know how wave motions can impact aft platforms and beach clubs. Simultaneously, the main-deck location allows for a glass wall between the lounge and dining area. It further puts the area adjacent to a gym.

Finally, and equally important to the owners, several systems will prioritize energy efficiency and lowering emissions. They’re working with the Vripack studio for this, as well as the styling. Perhaps not coincidentally, Alia Yachts and Vripack have collaborated already on two yachts, including Al Waab. That 180-footer (55-meter) is the world’s longest steel and aluminum yacht beneath 500 gross tons. Impressively, she offers 42 percent more exterior space and eight percent more interior space than similar-LOA projects. The second yacht where the shipyard and studio joined forces is a 197-footer (60-meter), Alia Yachts’ new flagship, whose keel laying took place in 2022.

Besides the Alia Yachts ALY432 yacht project and the just-mentioned 60-meter, the shipyard has four other custom yachts in different stages of completion.
