This time next year, Turquoise Yachts will hand over the first of four new builds in various stages of development. She’s a 154-footer (47-meter), referred to for now as the Turquoise 47m. She’ll mark the 21st delivery for the Turkish shipyard. She’ll also mark the introduction of several “big yacht” features into a smaller envelope.
Turquoise Yachts is collaborating with H2 Yacht Design for the Turquoise 47m. One of the big-yacht features is the deep beach club shown above. There’s a good amount of room for lounging, watching TV, and exercising. Though it’s tough to tell in the profile of the Turquoise 47m (below), the swim platform is also oversize.
Friends and family can further enjoy each other’s company in commodious areas elsewhere. The Turquoise 47m’s sundeck is arranged so that small and big groups alike can chat and be entertained. A hot tub takes center stage, surrounded by seating and a bar.
Two indoor areas in particular also carry through the concepts of togetherness and spaciousness. The Turquoise 47m’s main saloon (below), should feel extra elbowroom-friendly due to large windows bringing in natural light. Polished stainless steel and pale tones for fabrics amplify the light, bright feeling, too, here and in the skylounge.
Four staterooms below decks, all with pullmans, should be enough to handle guests. If another couples comes aboard, though, it’s no problem. The Turquoise 47m has an extra stateroom aft of the wheelhouse.
No matter how many guests are aboard, everyone gets use of the watertoys, of course. They’re stowed on the foredeck, due to the beach club.
We’ll have details on the other three Turquoise Yachts projects in the coming weeks.
