The end of January saw the first launch of the year for Custom Line. It was all the more noteworthy because of her hull number. The 11th Custom Line Navetta 30 yacht lowered into the water in Ancona, Italy. She’s the latest in a series that debuted less than three years ago, in fact.
The series is currently the entry-level size in Custom Line’s displacement superyacht line. But, the 93-footer (28.43-meter) offers more than 3,445 square feet (320 square meters) of usable deck space for relaxation and entertainment. She therefore lends the sensation of being a much larger yacht. Simultaneously, thanks to classic styling from Filippo Salvetti, his first project with the shipyard, the series strives to remain timeless.
A European buyer stepped forward for this Custom Line Navetta 30 yacht, additionally taking advantage of customization. Although specifics aren’t available currently, the owner did work with Custom Line Atelier to select accessories from significant design brands.

Overall, the philosophy behind the interior, featuring design by ACPV Architects, is pretty simple. “We wanted to transfer the knowledge we’ve gained from the residential sector to add something new to the exciting opportunities offered by the yacht industry,” explains co-founder Patricia Viel. Don’t misinterpret that, though. The objective definitely was “not to transform a yacht into a house,” she continues. Rather, the studio wanted owners to feel as if they were at home, while on the water.
In related news, the first hull of the Custom Line Navetta 50, set to be the largest displacement model, is under construction. She’ll make her international debut next year.
