Sneak Peek at the Mishi 102 Yacht

Mishi Yachts, a new Turkish sailing-superyacht builder, already has its second model in the works. The Mishi 102 yacht is a cruising sloop for family trips and entertaining circles of friends.

The nearly 102-footer (31-meter) follows in the footsteps of the Mishi 88, the shipyard’s first project. She, too, is a sloop for intimate voyages, interestingly emphasizing a lot of on-deck space. In fact, the Mishi 88 devotes healthy cockpit space to loose lounges, plus puts a big settee on the foredeck for horizon gazing.

The Mishi 102 yacht similarly provides owners and guests with good real estate aft of the twin helms. But, the area just forward, shaded by the hardtop, is quite expansive. Long settees run both sides, for instance, with hi-lo tables suiting everything from breakfast at anchor to cocktails. Mishi Yachts says 12 people can gather together here comfortably.

Accommodations-wise, though, the superyacht sloop can be for a smaller group. Four staterooms, including the master, are in the initial configuration. According to Mishi Yachts’ website, three staterooms are an alternate option. Overall, these choices come amid three interior layout possibilities.

Regardless of how many people you cruise with, you can tailor the interior with leathers, woods, and fabrics as you see fit. If you plan to have full-time crew, they’ll appreciate having everything they need at their fingertips at the twin helms. They further get three cabins.

Once construction begins, the Mishi 102 yacht will be entirely carbon composite, plus RINA classed—the latter rare for her LOA.

Since the design is still in the finalization stages, full details are still to come. The shipyard intends to reveal them during the Monaco Yacht Show in September. In the meantime, it’s promoting her for sale via an exclusive deal with Ocean Independence.
