The Ferrari-meets-Art-Deco-yacht Angelique saw delivery this summer to her owners from Turquoise Yachts. Yet another delivery recently took place. Compass Tenders handed over two customized tenders, each marking a significant first.

At 288 feet (88 meters), Angelique has an imposing stance, additionally being five decks high and having a volume of 2,646 gross tons. Her owners turned to H2 Yacht Design for both styling and interior design. Fittingly, they also wanted the design studio to have a hand in the look of their watertoys. They ultimately selected a limousine tender and a beach-landing craft from Compass Tenders, with H2 Yacht Design contributing to the limo tender.

At 28’6” (10.7 meters), the limo tender handily accommodates 12 passengers and two crewmembers. H2 Yacht Design styled her to complement Angelique, down to the striking paint color. (Angelique’s hull paint is Blu Tour de France, a.k.a. Tour de France Blue. It’s the metallic blue famously associated with Ferrari.) The matching design features extend to the long, curved coachroof, the window shapes, and the air intakes, too. Inside, Compass Tenders ensured that both side lighting and speakers remained hidden within the wall panels. Further concealed lighting is in the upholstered roof.
Remarkably, despite Compass Tenders delivering plenty of limo tenders to big superyachts, this is its first drive-in tender. The crew pull up to Angelique’s transom, then gently float inside. Guests—who can enjoy a thrilling 32-knot speed aboard the limo tender—can disembark and board inside the tender bay as well.

The second Compass Tenders delivery for Angelique is a nearly 33-foot (10-meter) landing craft. She, too, has a blue hull, in a nod to her mothership, and is a drive-in boat. Compass Tenders handled all design for this particular project, including the lowering T-top (to fit in the garage). An assortment of seating spreads throughout, including in the bow and aft of the helm. Yet another notable area is a sunpad with deep cushioning.

Of course, being a beach lander, she can drive straight up onto shore. A hydraulic bow door lets the owners and the guests quickly start searching for shells or just enjoy the sand. When the tender heads back to Angelique, she doesn’t have to pull into the tender garage, though. Everyone can step back onto the main yacht via a port-side door. Additionally, disembarking and boarding is possible aft from each side and the swim platform.
