The largest project in Lazzara Yachts’ history is under contract, for delivery in 2027. The Lazzara UHV 150 yacht represents a first-time collaboration with two renowned design firms, too: H2 Yacht Design and Mulder Design.
Although the shipyard is still finalizing some details with the owner, the 150-footer (46-meter) distinguishes herself from similar-size superyachts for a few reasons. Firstly, she’s entirely composite, also with strong lines. The raked windscreen and other sharp angles combine with soft curves from top to bottom. Being part of Lazzara’s Ultra High Volume (UHV) series, she should come in at just shy of 500 gross tons, too. Between the interior volume and alfresco deck layouts, the shipyard says the Lazzara UHV 150 yacht rivals 170- to 190-footers (52- to 58-meters) in terms of usable space.
Performance-wise, the Lazzara UHV 150 yacht relies on a fast-displacement hull form from Mulder Design. This is the first megayacht the American builder and Dutch studio have paired up for, prioritizing transatlantic range for the owner. While the specific propulsion system will be announced in the near future, for now, Lazzara says it employs pod drives. Pod drives have earned a reputation for making maneuvering easier, plus reducing vibration.

As for the interior, H2 Yacht Design is working with the owner for the social spaces and sleeping areas. Accommodating a total of 12, the megayacht has a dedicated owner’s deck, plus a wellness area with a gym and a massage room. Furthermore, she has a beach club and other amenities you’d expect, like a hot tub on the flying bridge. The overall look throughout the decks will combine Art Deco and neoclassical themes, sure to lend some lovely drama.
More details should be available soon about this four-deck design.
