With a particularly strong emphasis on total body wellness and recovery at sea, the yacht Nixie is off on her maiden voyage. It’s the conclusion of years of intense design development with multi-national teams and construction at Lürssen.
Formerly known as the Project JassJ, the yacht Nixie should draw attention for more than her 336-foot (102.4-meter) length. Her custom-blended light, warm gray paint from top to bottom has a slight iridescence, for instance, at anchor or underway. (A diesel-electric propulsion system sits beneath her decks, the details of which are undisclosed.) Additionally, each large pane of glass rimming her has its own shape, plus has a gradient tint to better blend with the decks. These styling cues come from RWD, which worked with the owner for further striking architectural details.

A good example is the pool. Nearly 20 feet (6 meters) wide, it extends beyond the transom, partially hovering above the swim platform. RWD and the owner purposely turned it into an integral part of the overall profile. From a practical standpoint, the water level can adjust to accommodate young children and older adults alike.
The pool, with a privacy screen, is the first hint that the yacht Nixie takes relaxation and rejuvenation to a further degree. Beneath it is a beach club with four opening terraces. With each open, the club becomes 2,906 square feet (270 square meters), the biggest beach club to date aboard a Lürssen. Of that space, 1,550 square feet (144 square meters) is the gym, for more than just working out. It includes a cryotherapy chamber and steam shower, plus two of the four opening balconies.

More wellness amenities are spread across the uppermost point of the megayacht, meanwhile. The sundeck has a sauna, a steam room, a massage room, and a beauty salon all within a spa. It’s especially notable that these features aren’t tucked away below decks. Plus, the sundeck still has plenty of space for seating, sunning, and a hot tub, all intended for spa goers to enjoy with family and friends pre- and post-treatments. They’ll get a good bird’s-eye view of a game of choice going on down on the foredeck, too. The certified helipad doubles as a sports court.
The theme of good times with family and friends continues throughout the yacht Nixie. Both indoor and outdoor cinemas are aboard, for example. A firepit lounge on the bridge deck lends itself well to conversations about the day’s adventures and upcoming plans. Although the owner has a private deck, the aft alfresco area has a dining area for the family, accompanied by a teppanyaki grill. Down below, the beach club also has dining and bar areas, along with a lounge.

Nixie, Lürssen’s sixth delivery so far in 2026, will debut at the Monaco Yacht Show. Afterwards, she’ll embark on her first charters, in the central agency of Edmiston.
