If you’ve ever visited Lazzara’s boatbuilding facility across the state in Tampa, and/or you’ve seen its displays at boat shows, no doubt you recognize the design. Why something so grand versus a straightforward office? Owners (and brothers) Dick and Brad Lazzara are proud of their Italian heritage, and it reflects in everything they do with their company — right down to the lasagna Dick makes so that he and Brad can break bread with their clients when discussing contracts. (Trust me, the man can cook.)
As for the relocation, it grants an additional 4,000 square feet of warehouse and parts storage plus on-site service and support of things ranging from electronics to interior furnishings and modifications. And with dock space for more than 12 100-footers, it will be a way to showcase both new and previously owned Lazzaras.
The service reps should be fully moved in by the end of next month, followed shortly thereafter by the sales and brokerage division. And for those of you who’d rather rely on a street address than a landmark to find them, it’s 2955 W. State Road 84.
