When Aglaia was commissioned at Vitters Shipyard, the owner wanted a spectacular superyacht that sailed as easily as a small dinghy. No small feat for a 216-footer (66-meter), so a lot of engineering work went into her. Equal forethought went into every aspect of her exterior and interior.
Though this video does not take you inside, as it has never been publicly revealed, you really don’t mind. Not when there’s an amazing 38,750-square-foot (3,600-square-meter) Code 1 sail to gaze upon, a real work of art. And when we say “real,” we mean it. The sail, featuring the talents of famed Norwegian artist Magne Furuholmen, is the world’s largest canvas art piece.
