Joining a superyacht family that includes the successful Navetta 42 yacht and the new flagship Navetta 50 yacht, the Custom Line Navetta 38 yacht is not just a smaller series. In fact, with four decks, the 127-foot (nearly 39-meter) motoryacht promises a lot of enjoyment for cruising enthusiasts.
Whether existing Custom Line owners or newcomers to the shipyard, customers will recognize Filippo Salvetti’s signature on the styling. They’ll appreciate the emphasis on abundant natural light inside via large windows, too, plus lower bulwarks along parts of the main deck. A new twist on glass-enhancing visibility is aboard as well. Specifically, the aft main deck and the forward part of the sundeck feature glass rather than solid bulkheads. Additionally, a settee in the open-air beach club (formed when the transom opens) faces out toward the sea.
With a beam of 26 feet (8 meters), and a volume of nearly 300 gross tons, the Custom Line Navetta 38 yacht feels just as airy inside. ACPV Architects and Custom Line Atelier are working closely with the owner of hull number one to include personal touches. Overall, though, the décor of the series focuses on fine details, natural textures like linen and parchment, and “moods.” Choose a cool mood, with tones like sky blue and navy blue, or a warm mood, featuring creamy neutrals and other cozy colors. Regardless, all furnishings for the staterooms (five total) and saloons are freestanding, for arranging and re-arranging as needed, and custom made.
After waking up in their suite, upwards of 431 square feet (40 square meters), owners certainly will want to enjoy their morning coffee or tea outside. The already-mentioned aft-facing settee on the main aft deck is a good spot to start. Following breakfast, perhaps a swim will be in order. The integral swim platform makes it easy to take a dip. Opening platforms, meanwhile, make the open-air beach club more inviting. Consider, too, that the beach club and aft main deck together comprise more than 753 square feet (70 square feet) of alfresco space with movable furniture.
A similar amount of space awaits on the sundeck. Soak in the aft hot tub, for example, or stretch out on the adjacent sunpads. Furthermore, dine beneath the hardtop, or take in the view fully forward. Plenty of options are available.
The first Custom Line Navetta 38 yacht will see delivery next year. Top speed should be 15 knots. The propulsion system complies with emissions-reduction regulations, employing SCR as an additive to the fuel.
