Dockwise Yacht Transport, the popular float-on/float-off yacht carrier that operates the world’s largest transporter, is bringing new meaning to global operations.
Thanks to its new partnership with BBC Chartering & Logistics, which operates a fleet of multipurpose lift-on/lift-off vessels, Dockwise is offering owners routes to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates as well as Aarhus, Denmark (home of Royal Denship) as well as Southampton, England.
Whether you choose a route serviced by one of Dockwise’s own semisubmersible vessels or BBC’s lift-on ships, Dockwise says its service managers and loading masters will be involved in every step, from planning to loading.
The new destinations schedule through 2008 includes:
* for Dubai: Port Everglades, Florida, departures at the end of January, arriving in early March; additional departures from the same location in early April, arriving in early May
* for Denmark: St. Thomas departures in mid-April, arriving in early May; additional departures from the same location in mid-May, arriving in early June
* for Southampton: St. Thomas departures in mid-April, arriving the end of the month; additional departures from the same location in mid-May, arriving the end of May.
