Talk about a boatload: The video you’re about to watch shows the careful loading of molds for a 462-footer that will be built in the Middle East. The yacht that will result from the molds isn’t named, nor is the builder or designer, but somehow the transportation company was permitted to reveal last Wednesday that the price tag for this mammoth megayacht is in the $200-million range.
Local news teams in the Jacksonville, Florida, area, where the transport ship departed from, also revealed that the molds were constructed in central Florida.
This one’s got me stumped, folks, though I can’t help but wonder if the yacht is the same one referenced in an article about a yacht-interiors factory that recently opened in Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai. The story mentions a 141-meter project being among the 15 yacht interiors the facility will be able to work on each year.
Any ideas? In the meantime, enjoy the clip. It’s pretty impressive.
