ISA is expanding its model lineup with the Granturismo series, comprised of four sizes that maximize alfresco areas similar to sport yachts yet offer displacement-oriented performance.
ISA created the concept based on its ISA 120 and ISA 140 models. Each emphasizes the outdoors more than the indoors. However, they’re built of fiberglass, so ISA wanted to extend the idea to its steel and aluminum range. It also wanted to preserve the metal megayachts’ transoceanic abilities and lower fuel consumption. Hence, the 32m Granturismo, 40m Granturismo, 50m Granturismo, and 60m Granturismo (pictured) were born. All bear design by Andrea Vallicelli, and all promise a range of 2,100 nautical miles or better at cruising speeds. The 32m Granturismo, 40m Granturismo, and 50m Granturismo will each be equipped with Caterpillar engines, while the 60m Grantourismo will feature MTUs.
