At 75’5” (23 meters), Selena marks the 17th member of the Continental Two series from the Dutch builder Van der Valk Continental Yachts. The four-stateroom yacht may appear somewhat traditional in both profile and interior design. But, each guest gets his or her own color scheme, and contemporary design elements mix with classic ones.
This photo gallery lets you better see the black walnut interior of Selena, accentuated with stainless steel. Selena will spend her first summer afloat in the Adriatic. There, she’ll surely get plenty of opportunity to put her reported 24-knot top speed to the test. Power comes from triple Volvo Penta propulsion, fitted with super-efficient IPS drives. Also in the Adriatic, the owners and guests aboard Selena should be able to put her hydraulic swim platform to good use. It’s ideal for launching a tender or simply for making it easier to climb in and out of the water.
