The annual Monaco Yacht Show kicked off yesterday, with 121 megayachts up to the 300-foot (nearly 100-meter) range on display within the confines of the principality’s Port Hercule. Many more megayachts for sale and charter that couldn’t secure dock space are anchored offshore, reachable via tenders supplied by their listing agents and/or builders. Then there are mini-shows within the Monaco Yacht Show: a tender show, and a watertoys show.
Among the megayachts we’re touring in preparation for Megayacht News Onboard features in the coming days and week:
- Tankoa Yachts’ Suerte
- CRN’s Atlante
- Sunrise Yachts’ Irimari
- Benetti’s Formosa
- the Mangusta 132
- the Sanlorenzo 460EXP
- Mondomarine’s Serenity
- Baglietto’s Pachamama
- Rossinavi’s Taransay
Of course, we’re also attending a number of press conferences and sharing what we’re learning and observing live on Twitter throughout the close of the show on Saturday. You can search for our Tweets—and those of many others at the Monaco Yacht Show—on Twitter using the hashtag #MYS2015. We even have a Twitter feed box embedded below, for your convenience.
