Her name, along with many of her details, are being kept quiet for now. But, CRN is giving the world a peek at the hull of CRN 135, its second-biggest megayacht to date.
CRN 135 gets her identity from her hull number. She’s a 259-footer (79-meter), with a beam of 44’3” (13.5 meters). That LOA makes her a mere three feet smaller than CRN’s largest delivery, Chopi Chopi. Regardless, CRN isn’t content with keeping either CRN 135 or Chopi Chopi as the title holders they are. It’s pursuing megayacht clients wishing to commission projects up to 295 feet (90 meters).
As for CRN 135, thus far the yard will only say that she’s meant for a 12-person owners’ party. Thirty-nine crewmembers will be housed aboard, too. CRN 135 will eventually rise five decks high. Styling is by Studio Zuccon International Project, with interior design by Laura Sessa.
CRN’s own engineering department is reportedly incorporating a number of special features that have been highlights of its previous megayacht deliveries. It won’t go into detail, unfortunately, so we don’t know if CRN 135 will have a drive-in tender garage, for example. The latter is a much-talked-about feature aboard J’ade, you may recall. Surely, though, given her LOA, CRN 135 will be voluminous.
CRN 135 is among a few projects in build at present at the yard. They also include a 243-footer (74-meter).
