Lady Lillian may seem like so many other megayachts, enjoying the summer cruising season. As a Benetti Classic 121, though, she’s part of a long line of launches. Lady Lillian is the 32nd member of that series sold since its introduction several years ago.
As a Classic 121, the megayacht features all-fiberglass construction, with styling by longtime Benetti collaborator Stefano Righini. Furthermore, François Zuretti, another longtime collaborator, oversaw interior design. The owner played a significant role in decor selection, too. Lady Lillian features leathers, lighting, bath hardware, and furnishings picked out by him. The owner also had a vision for the design of the headboards in the staterooms. Though unfortunately Benetti did not provide photos, it does say the overall look onboard is modern.
As for the staterooms, all guest cabins sit below decks, accommodating eight people. The master suite is forward on the main deck, occupying the full beam. (The Classic 121 series has a beam of 26’8”, or 8.18 meters.)
Usually, the alfresco areas of a megayacht are relatively casual. However, aboard Lady Lillian, there’s a mix of formal and informal. While the sundeck has a casual dining area (plus a barbecue and bar), the upper deck features a bit more proper one.
Whatever the occasion, guests can expect Lady Lillian to cruise at 13 knots. The twin MTU engines should also allow a 3,400-nautical-mile range at 11 knots.
