Though the owners christened this yacht Perfect Lady, hull number one of the Mangusta GranSport 33 series could easily bear the name Playful Lady. She has an abundance of fun-focused amenities alternately centered on family time and grown-up time.
Launched last summer for American owners, the 108-footer (33-meter) is the entry-level model in the Mangusta GranSport line. Additionally, she has more volume than most yachts in her size range. The owners of Perfect Lady particularly appreciated this, since it suits their multi-generational family well. First-time Mangusta buyers, they like to cruise with their grown children and grandchildren.
Cruising, of course, involves lots of time in the great outdoors. To that end, Perfect Lady puts several play areas at everyone’s disposal. The bow’s spa pool, walled in glass, centers ideally between a big sunpad and a cozy, U-shape seat. (While you may not see them, gates on the side decks safely keep the young ones from heading here while the yacht is underway, or without adult supervision.) Yet another spa tub is up on the 603-square-foot (56-square-meter) flying bridge. While it, too, is for kids and adults alike, the grown-up set may prefer it, especially at night. This is due to a champagne area and a bar both being adjacent.
The grown-ups and kids could very well find themselves “fighting” over the tender garage’s treasures, though. Four SeaBobs live in here for at-anchor enjoyment. Note that the Mangusta GranSport 33 can stow a more traditional tender and PWC here instead. Regardless, a shower in the flipped-up transom comes in handy when playtime is over.
From a skylounge arranged as a TV room, in lieu of a fully open flying bridge, to the sliding glass side doors opening up the dining area and saloon, Pretty Lady paints a pretty picture of good times together.
