The third hull in the ISA Yachts Granturismo 45 yacht series is under contract. However, you may not fully recognize the megayacht as belonging to the range when she’s ready. It’s because the owner has made “highly customized” requests for the styling.
It’s pretty unusual for a series design to depart dramatically from her predecessors. However, the owner in this case had some pretty specific ideas that both ISA Yachts and Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design agreed would work. Additionally, the three believed further changes would better reflect today’s lifestyle and design preferences. The most recent series delivery, the yacht UV II (below), started her construction process in 2021, seeing her delivery last year. Since that time, the way owners and guests enjoy places like beach clubs has changed, as has the way they use alfresco spaces.
The owner of the third ISA Yachts Granturismo 45 yacht is devoting each of the three aftmost deck areas to entertaining, in a more unified way. There’s still a beach club on the lowest level, with sunpads. But, a pool sits between it and a full-on sunning area on the topmost deck. In fact, that upper sunning area is part of an overall dedication to leisure on the same deck. It additionally has sofas partly shaded by the navigation arch.
Neither the shipyard nor the design studio is specifying other special requests by the customer. However, overall, this European buyer will take delivery in 2026. Hull three in the ISA Yachts Granturismo 45 yacht series further will have staterooms for 10. These include a main-deck master suite, naturally. Also, the owner is preserving one of the hallmarks of the series design, this being semi-circular entries aft to the main saloon and skylounge.
Once the superyacht is in her owner’s hands, her crew of eight and captain can point her bow all around the Med, since the owner is European. Range should be 3,600 nautical miles at 12 knots under MTU power. Previous deliveries have relied upon Caterpillar power.
