These wontons tasted as delicious as they looked. I sampled them aboard the Broward 120 last Thursday night, which was docked in New York City’s Chelsea Piers for a few days as part of a marketing campaign. Broward Marine has had the $14-million yacht cruising the Northeast and hosting events throughout July with various yacht-brokerage firms as well as private clubs and other nonmarine organizations to attract interested buyers. For example, the evening I attended, Nigel Burgess and insurance specialist Marsh Private Client Services were sponsors, and representatives from each firm were mixing with the invited guests to discuss everything from charter to insurance needs. After all, why not take the merchandise to the masses?
