If these open bay doors at Lürssen are any indication, this week should see the launch of the 279’2” (85.1-meter) megayacht project Niki.
Project Niki has been kept mostly quiet by the Germany-based builder, though Lürssen did release images of her in January 2012 sliding down the ways, when she was moved from her original build shed to another.
Project Niki has a beam of 45’3” (13.8 meters) and bears styling by Espen Oeino, a favorite of many Lürssen clients. Her interior design is by Rodriguez Interiors, a Fort Lauderdale-based firm that previously executed the decor for another Lürssen, Polar Star, in addition to other megayachts like Feadship’s Princess K.
Project Niki is also expected to be delivered within the next several weeks.
