Benetti’s semi-custom superyacht fleet is growing. Uriamir is the second Delfino 95 in the water.
The 95-foot (28.95-meter) series has styling by Giorgio M. Cassetta. Primary features, for for example, are a proud bow and a blend of classic and modern lines. In addition, significant-size windows are among the decks.
Speaking of decks, Uriamir has a sundeck, a third level. Similar-size superyachts typically do not rise this high, so it figures as a series selling point. The owners and guests can stretch out among settees up here. They can also keep an eye on approaching shores over the captain’s shoulders. While the primary helm is inside, one deck down, the extra steering station here should see good use.
Of course, plenty of indulgent areas aboard will get good use, too. One is the foredeck pool. Another is the saloon, which includes a television that lowers from overhead. Uriamir’s five-person crew can turn the saloon into an indoor-outdoor area due to sliding doors to the aft deck.
Eight or nine guests can accompany the owners in their travels. The flexibility is thanks to a Pullman in one of the twin cabins. Two twins and two doubles sit below decks. The owners of Uriamir, meanwhile, have a main-deck stateroom, whose parquet sole extends the full length of the deck as well. Tay and Tanganyika woods and plenty of marbles flow throughout the yacht.
If you’ll be in Italy in a month’s time, you can see Uriamir. Benetti will have her at the Versilia Yachting Rendez-Vous in Viareggio. This second-annual event is a showcase primarily of Italian-built yachts and megayachts. Some foreign brands in tenders, engines, and more are exhibiting, too, from May 10 to 13.
The owners of Uriamir officially will take delivery two days after the show. On a related note, that will be nearly three months after the first Delfino 95 hull, Christella II, departed.
