With an internal volume of nearly 2,300 gross tons and encompassing six decks, Dragon is assuredly a superyacht to behold. Ahead of her global premiere at the Monaco Yacht Show with Columbus Yachts, we’re giving you an inside look.
Dragon dazzled at her launch in March, since she’s the largest megayacht from the builder thus far. Her LOA is 261 feet (79.5 meters), while her beam is nearly 43 feet (13 meters). Even more noteworthy, Columbus Yachts constructed her in just 27 months.
From her long, teak-laid foredeck to her casually chic beach club, Dragon encourages her owner and guests to leave their cares on land. The same is true throughout the interior, where a subdued tonal palette for fabrics and finishes, as well as light woods on walls and underfoot, creates a calming atmosphere. Even in areas where the owner requested metallic inserts (made of bronze or satin-finished gold), Dragon is not overly embellished.
Through this video, step aboard and take the elevator through five of her six decks. Enjoy the master suite’s enviable position forward on one of those decks. Take a dip in the sundeck pool. Or, await one of the two tenders, measuring 23 and 31 feet (7 and 9.5 meters), to take you ashore.
