The Italian Sea Group calls her a Galileo 82 megayacht model, from its Admiral brand. The owner’s representative, Frank Grzeszczak Sr., says her name will be Skyfall. Either way, the 269-foot (82-meter) Skyfall will be for an American, marking a first for The Italian Sea Group.
Grzeszczak, who heads American sales for Admiral and is further the founder and president of FGI Yacht Group, describes the owner as being highly experienced, having multiple superyachts, too. He adds that the owner spent “an extensive three years of shipyard research” before choosing The Italian Sea Group. The Admiral yard’s automation and cleanliness impressed him, Grzeszczak continues, among other things.
Comprising five decks, Skyfall will feature naval architecture by the shipyard’s own Centro Stile. Styling, too, will be in house, with strikingly flowing lines. A maximum party of 12 guests and 28 crewmembers will be onboard, with the accommodations amid a capacious 43’6” (13.3-meter) beam. As you might expect, the master suite will occupy prime real estate. In fact, it will be on its own dedicated deck, measuring about 1,399 square feet (130 square meters). So far, neither the shipyard nor Grzeszczak have indicated whether any of the guest suites will line the main deck. Regardless, they, and the owner, will have an elevator to help them move about.
They’ll certainly have several areas to enjoy. For instance, Skyfall will have three pools, one measuring 24’6” by 11’5” (7.5 meters by 3.5 meters). Additionally, the megayacht will have a below-waterline cinema. Of course, she’ll further have a beach club, which will contain a gym, a spa, and massage areas. Fascinatingly, the spa will connect to a long foyer passing through the engine room, which guests will be able to view. That foyer will then yield access to the deck directly above. Finally, every deck onboard will have lounges spanning upwards of 1,076 square feet (100 square meters).
Expect delivery in 2025.
The news comes shortly after The Italian Sea Group announced another sale. Closing out 2021, it signed a 55-meter S Force project. She’ll see delivery in 2023.
