The Admiral division of The Italian Sea Group has signed a 239-footer (73-meter) for delivery in three years’ time. The Admiral GC-Force 73 yacht should see her keel laying this summer.
The owner remains anonymous, though Kitson Yachts in the United States made the introduction. The firm indicates that altogether, they considered several shipyards before the buyer ultimately chose The Italian Sea Group. Giovanni Costantino, the Group’s founder and CEO, adds, “This important order finalized in the U.S. confirms the validity of our development path in the American market for large yachts.”
Few facts are public about this Admiral GC-Force 73 yacht. She’ll have staterooms accommodating an owner’s party of 12, for instance. Nine cabins, meanwhile, will house the crew. The steel-hulled superyacht will, understandably, feature engineering for crossing oceans on her own. When en route to a destination or at anchor, the Admiral GC-Force yacht will further have generous enclosed and alfresco spaces for the owner’s party to enjoy. Finally, all aspects of naval architecture and interior design are coming from in-house teams.
The new contract adds to the headlines that The Italian Sea Group has been in lately. Earlier this month, in fact, Giorgio Armani’s Admiral yacht project garnered international attention, including from more traditional media.
Anticipate more details about the new yacht in the coming months. Delivery is set for 2026.
